I can be Your Property Guardian. I am Captain John Jenkins, and
I am available to check on your property while you are away. Your Property Guardian is a one-person
business, owned and operated by me, Captain John. I am a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain, living and working in
the Portland, Maine area. Upon request, references will be furnished to any potential clients. I am the neighbor
in Maine that you can rely on while you are away.
I will visit your property, take digital pictures, and send an e-mail to you with the pictures.
