This is what we do...
Your Property Guardian provides a valuable service to seasonal homeowners. I am keeping an eye
on your property when you can't be there. I will provide digital pictures with a follow-up e-mail after inspecting
your property. You will be informed of any situations that need your attention.
If you select the Interior Option, I will do a walk-through inside your residence and will check
things such as interior room temperature and fuel level, so you never need to worry about running out of fuel during the winter
months. By making a walk-through inspection, I also check on anything else that might need your attention.
By having someone on-site frequently, this makes your residence appear "lived in" and less likely to be vandalized. Also,
your homeowners insurance company could possibly offer a discount if you have a property guardian making regular
visits.
With Your Property Guardian checking on your property on a regular basis and keeping
you up-dated, you don't need to worry. You can rest assured that you will return to your vacation home with
peace of mind.

Our Philosophy
I thought: what I would like done in MY home while away on vacation?
I would not want anything disturbed in my home, but I would very much like to have a guardian watching over it while
away.
I am in business to make you feel like your home is being watched over and checked on, but not disturbed. Your Property
Guardian is a check-on and walk-through service. I am not a security agent, nor a policeman.
However, I can inform you of anything that takes place in your absence that you would want to know about.
Examples of this would be, a leaking faucet or pipe, or a broken window or vandalism, excessive snow accumulating on
the roof, trees down on the property, etc.
My philosophy is: watch over it, report everything to you, period.
